Yes, we provide console access to all of our Cloud Servers. This is an extremely useful feature if you are troubleshooting or accidentally block yourself via firewall rules from accessing your server.
Every virtual machine comes with one primary IPv4 address. Up to three (3) additional addresses are available for an extra fee.
Absolutely. You can buy licence for WHM/Cpanel/CloudLinux from the Control Panel
Our Dedicated Cloud Instances offer resources allocated to you with no noisy neighbours.
By default, instances will have a clean OS installed without these additional packages but you will have full root/administrator to install any additional software you require. However, if you would like us to get this installed for you, simply open a support ticket and one of our engineers can quikcly get that sorted for you.
Yes, you can scale up your cloud server to a larger configuration anytime you wish. If you would like to scale up your server, please do so from the control panel. Scale down option is currently not available.
Yes, instances in a stopped state continue to reserve dedicated system resources (RAM, SSD storage, IP, CPU) and therefore incur charges until you destroy the instance. If you wish to no longer accumulate charges for a virtual machine, please cancel the server in the customer portal.
Yes, they are ₦2,000 per month for each IP address. You can buy and manage additional IP addresses via the Cloud Server control panel.
